I am excited to accept appointments in the Comox Valley beginning in February 2026!

There is a variety of helpful information on this page.

My appointment schedule is now posted through March 31, 2026. April options will be posted soon.

Mobile appointments are available on weekends only in Courtenay and Comox.

Clinic appointments are available on all open days. If allergies are a concern for you, please note that my family shares our home with one cat.

I do not currently accept ICBC or WCB cases.

If you cannot or choose not to complete an intake form online ahead of time then we will add fifteen minutes to the beginning of your first appointment with no additional fee.

I am currently able to offer only a limited number of appointments per week; my availability will increase in the coming months and years.

Appointment fees can currently be paid by Interac eTransfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheque, or cash. Direct billing is available through Telus Health eClaims (various private insurers) and Pacific Blue Cross. Other billing options will be available as soon as possible.

I acknowledge with gratitude the K’ómoks First Nation, on whose traditional lands I live, work, and play.

I’m here to support you as you recover and maintain your well-being, so that you can get back to doing, and continue doing, the things that you love.

I have a general practice and all are welcome, and my preferred area of practice is working with people who live with long-term physical or mental health conditions. I also thoroughly enjoy supporting families as they move through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the months and years that follow.

I graduated from Victoria BC’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2018. I worked in Victoria for several years and I also taught for just over three years at WCCMT, instructing orthopaedic assessment classes and spending time as a teaching assistant and clinical practicum supervisor. In 2025 I focused all my energy on my family and on relocating to the beautiful Comox Valley. In 2026 I look forward to practising again.

In previous chapters of my life, I spent many years competing at a high level of rhythmic gymnastics, performing Ukrainian folk dance and contemporary theatre dance on stages big and small, and practising as well as teaching postural yoga. In this chapter, you will most often find me enjoying busy days with my two children and exploring the Comox Valley with family and friends. I acknowledge with gratitude that I now live, work and play on the traditional lands of the K’ómoks First Nation.
