I’m here to listen to the story of your body’s aches and pains, especially those that just won’t seem to go away, no matter what you try to do to fix them.

As an RMT in BC, I am trained to use hands-on methods to assess and treat soft tissues and joints. I approach my treatments with an understanding that pain is a complex and personal experience and that moving with ease is a key component of living well during all stages of life.

I focus my continuing education on the science of pain and on how to best support you as you improve, maintain, or regain physical function in your daily life.
